		<description>Dont give yourself too hard a time, presenting is a skill and takes time to master like everything else. Generally speaking you need 8 hours prep time for every 20-30 minutes of speaking, not leaving enough prep time is a common misteak, along with creating too many power point slides and trying to squeeze too much in to a presentation.</description>
