Hi Matt

thanks for the comment

the vista style address bar at the bottom is actually a navigation tool

the buttons on the "task bar" give you access to other pages in the blog and the "start menu" lets you search the blog, browse categories and comments

Also if your logged in (which is me only) i can manage parts of the site directly from there

If your not logged in you can actually change the theme as well

Sorry you don't like it

I was just wondering about this since my brother got a letter from those lying c***. He's just starting University and honestly, this is absolutely ridiculous.

A side note, your site design is horrible. It adds a second Vista styled address bar. Why?

You've been given the correct information about watching/recording TV on a device powered by its own internal battery. In these circumstances you are indeed covered by your home licence. If you plugged it into the mains then your would require a licence for the property where the device was in use. It's a confusing maze of petty little rules, which very few people understand fully.

All of the ISPs have said they will not furnish TV Licensing with information about their customers' web surfing habits. Anything you receive that suggests otherwise is all bluff and no substance. Sadly TV Licensing, with its superior air of pseudo officialdom, likes to bend the truth to scare people into complying, whether they need a TV licence or not.

Much more about their dirty tricks at my <a href="http://tv-licensing.blogspot.com" title="TV Licensing Blog" rel="nofollow"> <abbr title="TV Licensing Blog">
