It&#039;s a good question. I can&#039;t see any technical reason why not - It&#039;s still the 64-bit version of Windows 2008 which Exchange need

However, i wouldn&#039;t do this for a couple of reasons

Firstly by the time you&#039;ve picked up foundation server and a copy of exchange and licenses you probably could have picked up a copy of SBS 2008

Second since the server is limited to 15 users on premise Exchange just doesn&#039;t seem to fit - i&#039;d be looking at a hosted solution instead
