I’ve yet to come across any script errors in Google Reader at all, but then, I’ve never used it in IE which I suspect you’re using?

I found that last night while i was playing around with Google reader so added it as a favourite to my PPC

I how it compliles a “read list” for you of your unread items

I’ve started to move the bulk of my feeds across now to be honest

The only thing that is putting me off at the moment is the odd script errors i’m getting

I’ve been using Google Reader for about six months now, and can’t fault it. Because I can read the same feed from my work PC, home PC, MacBook and WM5-based phone, without duplicating read articles, I just can’t see myself using anything else.

When i first heard about Google Reader i didn’t really bother looking at it as i wasn’t too impressed with the online experience i’d had with NewsGator and i thought i needed a desktop based reader. Experience has now taught me i don’t!

Your quite right about the web page bit. i do find that while i’m reading it in Outlook i usually open it in the browser anyway

I do use Google Mail though i prefer that to hotmail/yahoo/etc

Dude, Google Reader is by far and eaily the best damn RSS reader available. Not only does it take just about 0 resources on your system in terms of storage and constant network activity but it also gives you an ability to share, syndicate, mark for followup, email and generally browse through a ton of stuff in the minimal amount of time. It really is perfect.

I’ve always felt like “Outlook” style RSS readers are missing the point. You’re reading a web page, not a set of messages so clicking from one message to the other sort of defies the whole purpose and meaning of a syndicated web page content in the correct context.

Not to mention that Outlook 2007 is barely useful in the resource department, anything I can take off its back and place somewhere else is a welcome change.

Once you go Google you’ll never go back.
